its coagulation is slow, what gives it a creamy look,
being therefore an excellent product to spread, however
doesn’t look like a melted cheese. It’s a fresh cheese
with a consumable period of one month or even more,
becoming its flavour more scented day by day. It’s the
ideal to eat as an appetizer in a situation where you
need to give a special refinement to your table.
