The delimited region of Algarve comes from 1980 and there produced red, white,
rosy and fortified wines.

The dry aperitive wine Afonso III and Algar seco is very appreciated and taste almost
like Sherry. It grows old in wooden casks, its colour is yellow and its scent and taste are
very characteristical.

It has a graduation of 15º.
