A
famous wine, produced in a little vineyardist region about
30 km north of Lisbon,
it was delimited in 1911.
The
white wine is the one with the right to the controled origin
denomination.
A
wine with 11,5º, fragrant, dry, velvety and having a gold-yellow
colour when it is old.
The
Caves Velhas and the Quinta da Aveleda are two excepcional
wines from this region.
It's
one of our finest white wines but its production is insignificant.
Such
as the Colares it will be a wine reserved to a few appraisers.
