In
Sintra Coutry, there's a little vineyardist region that produces
a ruby coloured wine that increases unusual velvety and bouquet,
with aging. The culture in this region comes from past times,
under the date of 1255.
The
Colares wine only gets its high quality after several years,
although the least development time is 18 months.
Because
of this long increasing time, its trading is very limited
and the region of Colares may became a kind of a shrine to
this wine's experts.
The
Real Cª Vinicola da Norte de Portugal, Ant. Bernardino Pedro
da Silva, Visconde Salreu, Adega Regional keep the tradition
of this excertional wine.
