The “Confraria dos Gastrónomos do Algarve” (CGA) (Gastronomic Fraternity of Algarve) is a nonprofit association, with a registered office in Portimão, represented, by means of a delegation, in all of the councils in Algarve. CGA’s final scope, through several step-up objectives, is defending, appreciating and disseminating the typical gastronomy from Algarve, while cultural heritage, as well as the best practices in traditional cuisine from the region. In order to achieve that, besides continuously collecting several types of testimonies, CGA organizes every year a set of activities and initiatives aimed at the full prosecution of its goal, such as this new Gastronomic Touristic Passport from Algarve, which we hope you can fully enjoy.
